Trout Lake Valley

            Ed Allison, who lives by himself at the Allison Grove, was taken suddenly ill and was found lying on the floor by Arthur Jones when he stopped in to visit.  An ambulance was called and Mr. Allison passed away at the White Salmon hospital.

            The funeral of Ed Allison was held in the local church Sunday afternoon and he was laid to rest in one of the beauty spots of the valley, the Allison Grove, which Mr. Allison had spent so many years of his life in building up to the beauty spot it is.  He was this buried beside his brother, whose death occurred very suddenly while out hunting.
