This 941 page publication is a great source of information on early Klickitat, Yakima & Kittitas Counties - their History, Politics, Communities, and their early citizens.
The section on Klickitat County is 212 pages -- 58 pages of History Information, and 154 pages of Biographies of early-day citizens including 48 portraits of some of these people. I have already posted the Biographies onto Ancestry's Message Board for Klickitat County, and a link to that board is available from this website's homepage.
The History section is in two sections - 1859-1889, and 1889-1904, then a section on Political information, followed by a section on the Towns of the county.
