Benjamin CHITTENDEN [Parents] was born about 1750. He married Lucy FOWLER on 10 Feb 1796.
Talcott says that Benjamin had two sons, James (who had son William) and Benjamin. That was in his Chittenden book. But, when he wrote the later Guilford book, he doesn't give him any children.
Lucy FOWLER [Parents] was born on 21 Sep 1761. She died on 9 Jun 1835. Lucy married Benjamin CHITTENDEN on 10 Feb 1796.
John SPINNING [Parents] was born on 14 May 1696 in Guilford, CT. He died on 28 May 1722. John married Deborah CHITTENDEN on 2 Aug 1721.
Deborah CHITTENDEN [Parents] was born on 28 Jan 1693 in Guilford, CT. She died in Feb 1766. Deborah married John SPINNING on 2 Aug 1721.

founding settlers and where he died in 1718.

"Families of Early Guilford, Connecticut" by Alvan Talcott. In light of the day given for her christening, Jan would be more likely than Jun.
