Information on Rachel and Conrad were given to him in an extract by alocal Kinslow researcher, Rev Marietta Mansfield. She lives inLouisville, Ky, and has done a great deal of work figuring out themistakes in the McPherson Kinchaloe/Kinslow book, who has descendingfrom Peter Kinchaloe, a totally different family. The Kinslows fromBarren Co are generally conceded to be of Germadic Origin. There wereGerman language books inventoried in some early estates. He is descendedfrom Ambrose, and was born in Barren County.Conrad and Rachel Kinslow were of German decent, known as Conrad andRahel Genssle (the Anglicized form of the German Kunzle) Recorded theirchildren in the register of the Hebron Evangelical Lutheran Church,Culpeper County, Virginia (now Madison County Virginia)
