My ancestors were all in this country before the Revolutionary War and my mother's line who came from New England all came in the 1600's except some Scots-Irish who came in the early 1700's. On this site, I will be posting some information
New England Ancestors:
Massachusetts lines - Pilgrims and Puritans
Connecticut lines - Mainly from New London County
Rhode Island lines - Roger Williams & Associates.New York Ancestors: The families who came directly into New York State were mainly from Netherlands and included Huguenots and Dutch.
Pennsylvania Ancestors: These ancestors were Germans and Swiss and came into Berks, Northampton and Bucks Counties.
Deagan Family of Tipperary, Ireland. : Michael Deagan immigrated to New York State in the 1840's and later moved to Youngstown, Ohio. .
