Biography
Bailey Brooks Bernard Bernard entered US Navy Japanese/Oriental
Language School at the University of Colorado at Boulder in
March 13, 1945 from Los Angeles, California. He was placed in the
Japanese course, but is not listed as a graduate. The 14 week
course would have extended beyond VJ day, when students at the
school were offered the choice to continue, change to other duties,
or, if they had the points, leave the service altogether. Mr.
Bernard may have taken up duties elsewhere in the Navy.
There is no more information on him.
