#4 - Morris M.2 Veale (Maurice & Dorothy Veale1)   Morris died 1750 in Pr. William Co., VA.  From "preponderence of evidence, we have made this Morris the son of Morris and Dorothy.  He is underage at the time of Maurice's death in 1695, but comes of age (21?) in 1705/7 and marries Sarah**   shortly after.   The name of his wife and daughter is found in the following:

1713 - Morris Veale / Millicent Veale - Richmond Co., VA - George Erwin Will, 23 October 1713, 4 Nov 1713, the sd. George Erwin called us the subscribers and declared these following words, that he gave to his goddaughter Millicent Veale.... to be delivered to Morris Veale father to sd Millicent... [also mentions Erwin's wife Sarah, wits: John Jennings, Mary Jennings - from Ralph 4 Jan `98 -
(also found by Rick, is in Richmond Co., VA)  Richmond Co. Va Wills and Inventories 1709-1711, p. 158, George Erwin will; 23 Oct , the sd George called us in the subsribers and declared these following words that he gave his goddaughter Milliecent Veale ... to be delivered to Morris Veale  father of the sd. Millicent.....(also mentioned Erwin's wife Sarah):  wit:  John Jennings, Mary Jennings.
Richmond Co., VA Deed Bk 6 (1711-1714) pp. 203-204:  Sarah Erwin of Cattenburgh Parish, Richmond Co. for real love and affection I do bear unto Millesent Veal, daughter unto Morris & Sarah of County of Westmoreland.... at the age of 14.... and if I die before she arrive to that age the goods to be delivered unto her parents Morris & Sarah Veale until she arrive at the age of 14....(gives a number of household goods) 3 Mar 1713/14. 

Morris M. & Sarah (Unknown) Veale had the following children:

9      iv. Susanna Vele. Susanna died aft 1750. She married Mr. Carter.
        v. Sarah Veale. She married twice. She married Thomas Pinson in Prince William Co., VA, bef 1750. Thomas Pinson owned land on Neabsco Creek in Pr. Wm Co. which had been purchased from Morris Veale, father of William Veale   who m. Lydia Turley.  Thomas later sold this land to R. Blackburn in 1735.   (From History of   Paul Turley)

1707 - 26 June Westmoreland Co. - Morris Veale -   Historical Atlas of Westmoreland, by David Eaton, The Dietz Press, Richmond, VA; 1942: "On June 26 1707 young Morice Veale, then of age, sold to Nathaniel Pope, grandson of the emigrant, one acre of land whereon Nathaniel Pope erected his mill or the dam (WDB 6, p. 134.  As soon as the other heirs were of age they all signed a deed, 21 May 1712.   Nathaniel  Pope died in 1719 and the mill came to his son John by inheeritance.   John Pope sold the mill to Augustine Washington Sep 1 1728 (WDB  8-1, p. 312)   {found by Ralph Veale Dec 1997}

1737 30 Oct Westmoreland Co., VA Deeds & Wills No. 9, 1738-1744, pp. 152-155 (Rick) Morrice Veale of Prince William Co., VA to John Jarvice of Westmoreland Co. 100 acres adjacent to Edward Bush, part of 200 acres held by said Veale, the aforesaid  Bush having bought the other 100.
1737 - 26 Nov Prince William Co. - Morris Veale sold land in Prince William Co., VA to Edward Bush of Westmoreland 100 acres, being part of original tract granted to Maurice Veale [d. 1695] (200 acres originally).

Third Generation

#6 Millicent 3 Vele. She married 1st, John Tillet and 2nd Job Carter.    She died in 1749, Prince William Co., VA   See Tillet family for more info.   Millicent and John had the following children.  Both were minors when John died ca. 1733.  They, through their father's executors, sued Job Carter for return of their estate in 1753 "as they were just reaching their majority"..

#7 William3 Vele (Morris M.2 Veale, Maurice Vele1) birth date unknown.  He married Lydia Turley. Lydia was born in Fairfax Co., VA
bef 1746. Lydia was the daughter of Paul Turley and Sarah (Unknown) Turley. Lydia died aft 1799 in Loudoun Co., VA.

1740/1799 Found in Montrose Courthouse by George & Nell Zipfel in Westmoreland Co, VA William Veale and wife Lydia (Turley) , the eldest son of Maurice Veale Jr. inherited land in Prince William County, Virginia. Deed 8 December 1740.  Maurice Veale died inteste (1750) and William the eldest son inherited, 346 acres (185 acre tract, 37 acre tract, & 124 acre tract.)  Deed approved 6 April 1799. 
1755 -    Prince William Co. - William Veale  From Jimmy Veal to Van Stilley:  Order Book Abstracts of Prince William Co, VA 1753-1757 by Ruth Sparacio?  - Order Book 1754-1755, William Veale brings a suit of ejectment and trespass against Andrew Edwards on William's property.  Andrew Edward's Attorney Benjamin Sebastian presents these points for the defendant.  First the plaintiff has no lawful title to the premises, neither under the Last Will and Tstament of Maurice Veal, the Plaintiffs Father, or by the  Lease executed for live unto the said Testator for his life, the life of the said Plaintiff and his sister Elizabeth Veal under which he claims.  Second, the said Lease for Lives was never recorded in any of the Courts of record within this Colony nor was it ever duly Executed by John Waugh the Lessor within mentioned.  Third, the said Plaintiff is not heir at law to the said Testator nor has he any right to the lands in Declaration mentioned but by the same Lease for lives and last Willand Testament aforesaid.   Fourth that the service on the Tenant is not accofding to Law and that the Delcaration and proceedings subsequent and Erroneous and because the court now hear of their Judgement of and upon the premises to be rendered is not as yet advised.  The case was to be heard the 4th Monday in June.  {Jimmy adds that he has not found the outcome of this case}
1769 - 14 Oct Loudoun Co. - William Veale William witnessed 14 October 1769 in Loudoun Co., VA. LOUDOUN CO. WILL BOOK A, p.226. Will of Henry Robertson with James Jennings & John Linton.
1770 Loudoun Co. - William Veale witnesseed Land Lease of F, 16 APR 1770, in Loudoun Co., VA, Lease - T.L.Lee - 320 acres.
1777 - 03 Mar Prince William Co. - William Veale purchased land in Prince William Co., VA.  He purchased land  in Prince William Co., VA.  Peter Carter witnessed the indenture between William Veale and Thomas Ludwell Lee.
1777 Loudoun Co. - William Veale (Virginia Northern Neck Land Grants, Vol. II, 1742-1775, comp'd by Gertrude E. Gray, pub. 1988).  248 acres in Prince William County, surveyed 1747/8 by William West (above record) for Morris Veale who did not comply with Advertisement 26 Mar 1765 requiring persons who had surveys bef. 1764 to pay or forfiet All Rights and Claims as appears in Book N.  On Bakon Race, adj. Capt. Burdit Ashton, Maj. Cock, John Peak, William Peek, said Veale.
1777 Prince William Co. - William Veale   (Abstracts of Virgina Northern Neck Warrants & Surveys, (Ibid) did not write page number) "It appears by enclosed Will of Morris Veale (the willis not in folder) that this land except 100 acres was devised to his son William Veale and that 100 acres (part of this tract) was devised to a certain John Veale, 2nd cousin of William Veale.  John removed from the Colony in 1758or 59.  His Lordship orders Deed to William Veale for the whole.
1777 Loudoun Co. William Co 37 acres on Occoquan and near mouth of Bull Run; adj. his own land, Waugh, Hooper, CC - William Hughes and John Corum)
2 Feb 1779 (Rick) Prince William Co., VA Deed Bk. T- 1774-1779. William Veale and wife Lydia of Loudoun Co., VA to Alexander Henderson of Fairfax Co., VA mentions the following land:   Morris Veale of PW Co. obtained a Northern Neck grant on 8 Dec 1740 and the said Morris Veale dying intestate, the land descended to his eldest son and heir at law William Veale. 

William Vele and Lydia Turley had the following children:

     i. Morris4 Vele. Morris died bef 1770 in Loudoun Co., VA.
    ii. John Vele. John died in Fayette Co., KY.
   iii. William Jr. Vele. He married twice. He married Linny Horseman. Linny was the daughter of William Horseman and Helena "Ellender" Lay.
   iv. Thomas Vele.
    v. Amos Vele.
   vi. Charles Vele
  vii. Sarah Vele. She married Mr. Reade.
  viii. Susannah Vele. Susannah died bef 1770. She married Mr. Lucas.
   ix. Margaret Vele.
    x. Mary "Catty" Vele.

#8 Carnaby Veale.  He married unknown.  Died in either Amherst Co., VA or GA.

1753 Prince William? Amherst? - Carnaby Veale Carnaby is charged with cohabitation with the wife of another man, Sarah Reeves.  (From Bernie Veal)
1753 - July Prince William Co. - Carnaby Veale Carnaby, acting in his father's stead, filed for possession of the Tillet heirs estate, July 1753.  Morris had been executor for John Tillet and Carnaby was executor for his father.   See Lawsuit

#10 Margaret3 Veale (Morris M.2, Maurice Vele1) birth date unknown. Margaret died bef 1750 in Prince William Co., VA.  She married John Hampton.   Margaret Veale and John Hampton had the following child:
