State of Kentucky, Owsley County  April 15, 1852
Survey made for M.L. Hughs, 8 acres part of a warrent issued by the Clerk of
the Owsley County Court situated in said county on the head of buffalow waters 
of the Kentucky River and bounded as follows at the county line between
Perry and Owsley between Buffalow and Squabble Creek in a line of a 100 acre
survey made for Robert Baker thence with said ridge north 28 poles to a small 
black oak thence s83 w29 poles to a large white oak thence s57 w48 poles to
a black gum thence east 65 poles to the beginning.
