In the name of God amen I
William
Robins of the County of rutherford and state of north Carolina being
sick in
body but sound in mind and memory & calling to mind the mortality
of my body & knowing that it was appointed for all men once to die
make and ordaine this my last will and testament that is to say
principally as touching such worldly Estate whare with it hath pleased
God to bless me with In this life I Give demise [sic] and dispose of
the same In the following manner maner and form. first I Give and
Bequeath to Sary my beloved wife all my lands and houshold furniture
and stock as long as she
remaines my widow and if she

also my negro woman sela and child tompson [end insert] Chouses to mary
then to have a Childs part as one of the Children ---- I also give to
my two sons Joseph robins and thomas robins my land to be equally
divided at my widows death I also give to henry McKinny twenty
shillings also I give to philip Robins and James robins and tarlton
smith & James splawn & Joseph steadman & John Cole &
also my grandaughter Sary McKinny an Equal part of my the [sic]
property at my widows death and now I appoint James Robins and John
Cole my sole Executors of this my last will and testament the whare
unto I have sat my hand and seal this the 25th day of december 1815 and

testament
of William Robbins Decd was admitted to record and proved in open court
on the oaths of Geo. McKenny and Charles Semmonds suscribing witnesses
thereto and James Robbins and John Coal exers therein named were duly
qualified."

I, Thomas Robbins, being in proper mind and memory, but somewhat
paralyzed in body. I give unto my beloved wife Nancy Robbins all my
property to hold during her life time. At her death the land to be
divided as, begining at father's old corner SW to speculation line all
below to belong to
P. Briscos line to be for Joseph Robbins, Philip Robbins, Chesterfield
Robbins and their heirs. The remaining part to on both sides of river
to Margaret Nodine, Iby Flyn & Sarah Splan and Jane Hester and
their
heirs. I appoint Joseph Robbins and John Nodine my executors. Wit: A.
