Name: Menindee
Details of Maidens Hotel, Menindee, by Mary Wilson, can be found here.
Name: Tartna Point
Approximate Location: North of Menindie, on the Tolarno run, in the
property now called Harcourt.
Short history: Included the Cliffs Hotel, delicenced in the 1890s. Ted and Ettie
Baker ran the Tartna Point Post Office and Telephone Exchange from there for a number of
years.
