The 8th National Stidham* Reunion will be held June 22-24, 2007 in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee (near Gatlinburg), in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains. If you are a descendant of a family with a surname spelled anything like Stidham, Steadham, Steddom, Stidam, Stidom, Stidem, Stedham, Stidhams, Stittums, etc., then you are no doubt a Stidham* cousin, and this reunion is for you. There will be a bus tour of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, time to take in the fun and entertainment of Pigeon Forge, and plenty of opportunity to meet new cousins, and renew acquaintances with old friends and family.

You will get a chance to meet the historian and author, Jack Stidham. Jack will be on hand to chat and autograph his books, The Descendants of Dr. Timothy Stidham.

Our reunion hotel will be the Ramada Inn/Smoky Mountain Resorts (www.ramadainnpigeonforge.com). For reservations, call 800-523-3919. Tell them you are with the Stidham* Family Reunion to get the special room rate of $73.00 (plus taxes). A block of rooms will be held for the reunion until May 21st. The Ramada Inn is located near major attractions in Pigeon Forge and the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. Enjoy shopping at the Pigeon Forge Outlet Mall, visit Dollywood or Splash Country or the Dixie Stampede. The hotel is located on the Pigeon Forge Trolley route so you can relax and leave the car behind.

Mid-June is still early in the summer tourist season, so it should be a great time for our get together. You might even want to combine the family reunion with a vacation in Gatlinburg and the mountains. And, there will be plenty for the kids, so plan to bring the whole family.
