Michael Stidham, the youngest son of Dan Stidham, standing in front of the street sign post for Stidham Lane in Paragould, Arkansas. The Stidhams moved to Paragould in 1968. At the time, the street was a dead end gravel road out in the country on a 40 acre farm, and it did not have a name. In the late 1970s or early 1980s when the street was annexed by the city of Paragould, the Mayor called Dan's wife and asked her what she wanted to name the street.
