Born in Sweden, Potter Co., Pa., Laura was the daughter of David W. Mitchell
(1849-1934) and Emily Furman (1850-1928). She married first, George Walter Kelly
(1865-?). Three children were born of this marriage. Walter L. (1890-1966); Glen W.
(1892-bef 1900); and Ruth E. (1893-C1909)

Second, she married Edward Hapeman. He was the son of Jeremiah Hapeman
(1806-1883) & Amelia Rickey (1835-aft 1898). See the biography of Edward Hapeman

Laura passed away 8 Jun. 1947 and is laid to rest next to Edward at
Buffalo Cemetery, Pine Ridge Rd., Cheektowaga, Erie Co., New York
