In the Common Pleas Court of Warrick County Dec Term AD 1853
George P Hudspeth swears that he is interested in the settlement of the Estate of John Small Senior late of said
county deceased of which estate John Small Junior is the administrator.
That the said John Small Junior advises testator as aforesaid is and for many years has been a non resident of
the State of Indiana and is by reason of his charge of and non residency incapable of discharging his trust to
the extent of the estate as he verily believes

State of Indiana, Warrick County. In the Common Pleas Court, March Term, 1856. George P Hudspeth against John Small
Jr., administrator of the Estate of John Small, Sr.
The said plaintiff having filed hiw written application for the removal of the said defendant, as administrator
as aforesaid, which application is verified by oath and it appearing that said defendant is a non-resident of the
State of Indiana; the said defendant is therefore notified of the pendency of said application, and the same will
stand for hearing on the 4th Monday in March next, in the Court of Common Pleas of said county to be held at the
Court House in Boonville Indiana

revoked and the plaintiff was appointed administrator de bonis now of said estate.
