(Original p. 97 Abstract) Deposition of Tho: Smith, age not shown. Says he bought 2 bbl of corn from James Small for 200 lbs tobo before last Christmas. The tobo to be taken to Randall Revell and he to pay Tho Hunt for a/c due from Small.
