28 August 1813 Deed from Vance Greer of Lincoln County, Tennessee to Amos Small & George Small, both of Lincoln County, Tennessee for 340 acres of land in Lincoln County, Tennessee on the waters of Norris Creek (to wit) two grants granted by the State of Tennessee to William Kennedy in two grants consisting 50 acres each grant No. 2762 and adjoining Phillip Phillips and Michael Campbell's survey. Othe Grant No. 3988 adjoining William Edmiston's survey and Phillip Phillip[s and Michael Campbell's survey. The other grant granted to Michael Campbell and Phillip Phillips by the State of Tennessee by No. 1902 for 240 acres. Witnesses: Daniel D. Koonce and Elias Patric. Registered 28th December 1814

I, Robert C. Kennedy of Lincoln County, Tennessee, am bound unto John Moore of same place for $1600.00 for which payment be made and done. This 17th February 1814. Condition of the above obligation is such that whereas the above said Robert C. Kennedy have sold said John Moore 200 acres of land in Lincoln County, Tennessee and on both sides of the west fork of Norris Creek and adjoining a corner of Amos Small's land. Withesses: William Edmiston and William Murry. Registered 28th January 1816.

Bill of sale
12th December 1827. Bill of Sale Milley Browning of Lincoln County, Tennessee sold to Joel Dollins of same place. The said Milley Browning being about to intermarry with one Amos Small of same place and having heretofore intermarried with one Francis Browning, now deceased, and having had by the said Francis Browning the following children, to wit, John Browning, Ruth Browning, Jane Browning, Sooty Browning, and William Browning and having desirous that the property which I now possess shall go to said children by my said first husband at my death or at any other time that I may direct or appoint and to go to them in equal shares, I do hereby bargain and sell and convey to the said Joel Dollins the following negro slaves for life, to wit, one negro man named Randol aged about 23 years, one negro boy named Miles aged about 9 years, one negro girl names louisa aged 7 years, one negro boy named Morris aged 4 years, one negro boy named Rovert aged 2 years, one negro boy named Abraham Johnson aged about 4 months, one negro woman named Polly aged about 33 years. Wit: David Armstrong and Taliaferro Dollins. Registered 20th May 1828.

Thompson & Rachel his wife, heirs and devises of Thomas Edmonson, deceased, late of Davidson County, Tennessee, all of Warren County, Tennessee to Andrew Buchanan of Lincoln County, Tennessee for a tract of land in Lincoln County on Elk River and containing about 180 acres adjoining the west boundary line of a 200 acre tract belonging to Hugh M. and Obediah Edmiston and the north east corner of the tract of land on which the said Andrew now resides, and by the north boundary line of the 2000 acre tract granted by the State of North Carolina to Marth Buchanan and Thomas Edmison of which this tract of land is a part, and near the meeting house in Fielding McDaniel's south boundary line. Whereas the said Washburn by deed dated 20th March 1861 conveyed said tract of land to the undersigned Hugh Thomison and William H. Moores his securities and registered in Lincoln Co., TN in Boot "T" page 417. This 11th February 1862. Sighed by John Washburn, R.A. McDonald, Hugh Thomison, and W. H.
