Small, Andrew, PA line, S3945 sol was b 17 Feb 1756 in York Co. PA soldier lived in Cumberland Co. PA at enlistment. In 1795 he moved west and settled in what became Montgomery Co. OH where he applied 11 Sep 1832. On 1 Mar 1845 dec'd soldiers surviving children received final payment & were paid to 1 Mar 1840.

Small, Daniel, MA Line, S28888, sol's wid Sarah Small was pensioned as the former wid of Allison Libbee or Libby on W22249 for the MA line service. The son Daniel Small appl 24 Apr 1818 York Co. MA (ME), in 1820 sol was aged 61 with a wife Anna aged 58 & children at home. A widowed daughter Polly Coffin aged 31& her son Abiel Coffin aged 12 & sol's mother Mary Haskins aged 90 also sol's 2 children; Nancy Small 22 & Sally Small aged 16. Sol was b in the autumn of 1759 at Scarborough MA (ME) & he lived there during the Rev, sol was still living at Limington ME in 1832. In 1825 sol's son Daniel Small, Jr. & sol's daughter Nancy Small were both of Limington MD, in 1829 sol had with him; Sally Small aged 69 & Nancy Small aged 33, a Joshua Small was referred to as living in 1794

Small, Daniel, MA Line, S28890, applied 16 Oct 1832 Washington Co. ME aged 76, the following was submitted by a Miss Lucy M. Eldridge of Yarmouth MA in 1897 but was not confirmed, to wit: sol. m Phebe Coffin of Addison ME & sol d there about 1835

Small, Daniel Jr., Mary, MA Line, W2012, BLW #3614-160-55, sol appl 5 May 1818 at Raymond MA (ME), in 1820 sol was aged 56 with a wife Mary aged 49 & children at home; Achsah 21, John 18, Lydia 14, James 11, Sally 8, & Emily aged 5, sol m Mary Files of Gorham MA (ME) on 14 Nov 1819& sol d 15 Nov 1841 & his wid appl 9 Mar 1853 Cumberland Co ME aged 81 a res of Raymond ME & she appl there for BLW on 23 Mar 1855 & a Thomas Davis & Francis Small were witnesses to her BLW appoication but no kinship was given.

Small, Elisha, MA Line, S37416 appl 1 Mar 1819 at Gray MA (ME) aged 78, in 1829 refers to his family & also mentions giving land in Gray ME to his son John Small with whom sol lived & sol's wife was dec'd

ME aged 74, sol was b on Cape Elizabeth in Cumberland Co. MA (ME)& at age of 5 was moved to Washington Co MA (ME), sol d 5 Aug 1844 & his wid appl 5 Nov 1845 Washington Co ME aged 83 & she appl there for BLW on 26 Mar 1855 & a William & Lydia Small were witnesses to her BLW application, wid's sis Racheal Ray of Harrington ME made aff'dt 20 Jan 1845 & a William & Sophia Ray were witnesses to her aff'dt & she (Racheal) stated she herself was m 3 weeks before her sister Priscilla

ME, sol was b in 1760 at Harpswell MA (ME) & he lived there until 1782 then moved to Bowdoin MA (ME), sol m Dorcas Coombs 26 Apr 1781 both were of Harpswell MA (ME), sol d 8 Jan 1842 at Bowdoin ME & his wid lived there when she appl 5 apr 1843 in Kennebec Co. ME, a son Amos Small aged 48 was a res of Bowdoin ME in Apr 1843 & he stated his parents had 13 children but did not give their names.

KY & his wid appl there 15 Mar 1853 aged 88 & she appl there for BLW on 11 Apr 1855 & a James M. Lawson & Nixon Plamer were witnesses to her BLW application

Small, Henry, Elizabeth, MA Line, W22253, sol appl 8 Jul 1818 at Limington MA (ME) in 1820 sol was aged 63 with a wife Elizabeth aged 61 & chldren at home; Henry 21, Theodosia 18, Joseph 12 & also living with him was Mary Haskin aged 90 (sol's bro Daniel Small of York Co ME a Rev pensioner on W28888 stated he had living with him his mother Mary Haskins aged 90 in 1820), sol m Elizabeth Damm 16 Jul 1778 at Scarborough MA (ME), the son Henry Small had enl in Cumberland Co. MA (ME), sol d 9 Nov 1826 & his wid appl 6 Aug 1838 at Limington ME aged 80, sol's bro Daniel Small of Limington ME was aged 79 on 17 Nov 1838 & had was then a Rev War pensioner "W28888", sol's cousin James Small of Scarborough ME wa aged 81 in 1838 & had also srv in the Rev War.

OH, sol had m Margaret daughter of David Mitchell on 28 Aug 1788 in Fayette Co KY & sol d 23 Apr 1842 & his wid appl 9 Oct 1845 in Greene Co OH aged 76, in 1846 sol's wid's sons James & Culbertson Small were witnesses for their mother, one Samuel Kyle aged 68 made aff'dt in Mar 1846 & stated he was m to wid's sis Ruth Mitchell in Dec 1801 & that his wife's sis Margaret (Mitchell) Small was at their wedding at which time she had 5 children & he stated she (Margaret) moved from Fayette Co. Ky to Greene Co OH with her husband James Small in 1804, wid's bro James Mitchell aged nearly 80 made aff'dt in Greene Co Oh in Jan 1846 & he stated he himself was m in 1794 at which time his sis Margaret had 2 children.
