Wife Anna to receive one-third of the estate. Daughters: Mary, Elizabeth and Jane each to receive two-thirds of the land. To brother Thomas Small wearing apparel. Exrs: Hugh Lyle and Francis Liburn (Lilbourn). Wit: John Smith, Lewis Moore, Thomas Doster.

Land was to go to daughters for care and schooling. His land was on Back Creek in what is now Berkeley County, WV.
