CHOATE: Thomas V. of Forestdale died at home Thursday, Feb. 26 surrounded by his family. Devoted husband of Florence (Giroux) Choate and their loving children Donna Marie Burns and her spouse Jack, of Sandwich, Jo-Anne D'Amico and her spouse Michael of Sandwich, Elaine Choate-Laing of Sommerset N.J., Thomas J. and his spouse Dale of Mashpee, Susan Sigsbee and her spouse Carl of Sandwich, Kathleen Guard and her spouse Steven of Scituate. He was also the father of the late Stephen Vincent and 13 grandchildren. Thomas is also survived by two brothers, Joseph Choate of Sagamore Beach, Frederick Choate of Boxborough and two sisters Connie Maffei of Dedham and Eleanor Choate of Boston. Visiting hours will be at the NICKERSON-BOURNE FUNERAL HOME 154 Rt. 6A Sandwich Monday March 1 from 6-9 PM. Burial will be private. Donations may be made to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital P.O. Box 50 Memphis, TN 38101.
