HELMER-SIXBURY
Mrs. Helmer and Vann Sixbury of Phoenix married.
Fairfield, July 1-A very pretty wedding took place at Fairfield, NY yesterday when Mrs. Hattie Helmer of this village became the bride of Vann A. Sixbury of Phoenix. The couple was attended by Mr. and Mrs. John J. Carney of Phoenix and the little daughter of the bride was the ringbearer. Rev. Edgar D. Brown of Middleville performing the ceremony.

After a wedding trip to Detroit, Mr. and Mrs. Sixbury will reside at Fairfield.

VANN A. SIXBURY
Vann A. Sitfbury, 70, died Sunday morning at his home, 437 Seneca St., after a year's illness. He was a retired conductor on the New York Central. Born in Phoenix October 18, 1885, he resided here until three years ago when he moved to Oneida. He married the former Harriet Whitney on January 30, 1914. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Phoenix, the Brotherhood of Railroad Trainmen, and Callimachus Lorge F.&.A.M. of Phoenix.
Surviving are his wife, three daughters. Mrs. Harey Walker of Oneida and Mrs. Howard Sheldon, Utica; a brother, George Sixbury, Phoenix; two sisters, Mrs. William Nielsen, Phoenix and Mrs. Neva Garney, Chaumont; five grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services were held Tuesday at 2 p.m. from the
Campbell-Dean Funeral Home, with the Rev. David B. McCleery officiating. Temporary interment was in the receiving vault at Glenwood Cemetery, Oneida.
