Madison-Jason M. Sigsbee, 66 former village trustee, died at his home here yesterday after a long illness.
He was born in Madison center, May 30, 1902, son of Calvin and Emogene Hazzard Sigsbee. He married Ella Evans in 1912. He owned a farm there many years. The past nine years he wa a buyer for the Pulaski Wood & Supply Co.
Mr. Sigsbee was a village trustee for five years.
He leaves his wife’ two daughters, Mrs. Eleanor Fuese of Pulaski, Mrs. Jean Waterman of Madison; two sons, Robert of Madison, Leonard Sigsbee of Oriskany Falls; 10 grand children and three great grandchildren.
The funeral will be at 2:30 Sunday from his home with theRev. Ivan Greenfield, Madison Methodist pastor officiating. Burial will be in Madison Cemetery.
