Evelyn I. Smith
Evelyn Irene Smith, 80, of Yuba City died Sept. 26, 2000, at Rideout Memorial Hospital.
Born in Myrtle Point, Ore., she was a Yuba-Sutter resident for 38 years. She was an administrative secretary for Sutter County Schools Office for 38 years
Survivors include her husband, Hobart Smith Jr. of Yuba City; one daughter, Deana Marie Coache of Denver, Colo.; one son, Michael David Smith of Yuba City; one brother, Donald George Sigsby of Sacramento; one sister, Judy Lucille Acosta of Sacramento; five grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
Services: A private family service will be conducted at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Sierra View Mortuary.
