French Lick Township Section 17 - T1N R2W used.
Located on state road 58, two miles south west of French Lick.
William M. Hoggatt was the first person buried here on 1881. It was
first called Scarlett Ridge.
Just east of Mt. Lebanon is the Pythian cemetery for colored people.
It was opened by K. of P. colored lodge of French Lick, in 1913.
