A copy of those papers is available to any one for a nomial fee From national headquarters. If those papers are for a direct line, she can file a "short" form, providing documentation until it coincides with the person's whose papers she is using. UNLESS the rules have changed and they do frequently. It's no longer permissible to say "See National Number XXXXXXX."
