Subject: Wilson in Edgefield & Spartenburg From: Bperk930 Date: January 31, 1998 In the 1820 census, there is a Stephen Wilson, Esq. in Edgefield with his family. Does anyone know anything about this family? Are the associated with the Stephen Wilson of Spartenburg? I have a Dr. Stephen P. Willson who m. in Lincoln co. GA, just across the river from Edgefield, in 1818 and who I can't find in the 1820 census. My S. Wilson is not associated with the Spartenburg family. Anyone?
