Subject: Wills From: Gammon7 Date: March 15, 2000 Usually, when a second Will is drawn, the first will is destroyed. The wording IS pretty much standard. This is for a couple of *logical* reasons - One, so that anyone that may have a copy of the first will cannot make claim against the Estate (such as in the case of the terms of the Will being changed) and also eliminates anyone bringing forth a false document, because they don't like the terms of the Will.
