Winningham families in SC. Here is some information that I have.

ISAAC WINNINGHAM  b. ca 1709 VA---- 
m. Sarah ca 1730 VA [BRISTOL PARISH, VA RECORDS]
Locations: Son, Henry Winningham, born Bristol Parish, VA 1
June1731[BRISTOL PARISH, VA RECORDS],  
Isaac was granted 250 acres and town lot #100 in Amelia Township, SC in
1738 that was sold and passed through four owners (Oglethorpe, James
Maxwell, George McNichols, William Thompson {?Col. William Thompson,
Thompson's Rangers REV WAR}) by  23 March 1764 [SC LAND RECORDS]. 
Thomas and William Winningham got land near same time and at same
location [SC LAND RECORDS], 
Isaac Winningham, Berkeley Co., SC served in Cherokee Wars under Col.
Singleton 1750, militia St. John Parish 1756,
Isaac Winningham witnessed  with Ja. Keith the will of Judith Travers,
spinster, St. John Parish Berkeley Co., Charleston Dist., SC 13 Feb
1756.
