The petition of Martha M Buddin sheweth that her decd husband William Buddin
departed this life Intestate leaving certain Real Estate in Sumter District
Lower Salem on newmans Branch waters of Black River (C?) one tract containing
one hundred and ninety one acres bounded by lands belonging to P S Worsham, E A
Flemming  Philip Pierson and J M McIntosh, and decd also left his heirs, James A
Buddin, James M Coker & Susan A his wife, Martha J Buddin  Frances L Buddin 
William P Buddin  Harriet E Buddin and your petitioner his widow, and having
thus an Interest in said Real Estate prays an order for Division or Sale thereof
and your petitioner will ever pray on

the said Marha M Buddin one third part thereof and the other two thirds in Equal
Portions among the said James A Buddin  Martha J Buddin  Frances L Buddin

the Real Estate of William Buddin deceased, situated in the said District, on
Newmans Branch waters of Black River - bounding lands of P S Worsham  Philip
Pierson  E A Flemming & J M McIntosh and containing one hundred & ninety one
acres; originally granted to [left blank] should not be divided or sold,
allotting to the said Martha M Buddin one third part thereof and the remaining
