IN the name of God Amen this nineth of October in the yar of
our Lord one Thousand eight hundred and seven.  I Elizabeth
Edwards of Salem being sick but of perfect mind and memory
and knowing my own mortality do make and ordain this my Last
Will and Testament that is to say I recommend soul to God
and my body to be decently buried, my wordly estate to be
disposed of in the following manner that is to say I do by
these presents forever sett free and clear from the Bondage
of Slavery my three very honest and faithful Negroes named
Isaac, Charlotte, and Ross and giving them the privilege of
living on and planting as much of the land I dwell on and
allowing them rail timber and fire wood as my executors
herein after named will judge sufficient to them, and hereby
request my Executors to give up unto them their own property
and befriend them so far as not to let them be imposed on,
the rest of my Negroes to deemed slaves and be disposed of
with all my property as hereafter directed.

Item I give and bequeath to my Nephew Jacob W. Wheeler on
Negroe man named Peter as a leagacy over and above his share
of my estates and should he die leaving no issue, all his
property gotten by me shall return to my estates.

Item I bequeath to the issue of my sister Anna McBride that
is to say  Wm. N. Dickey, Benoni McFaddin and the children
of Ann Melone their part of Anna McBrides share of my
propery equally divided among them, that is to say in three
parts Dickey, McFaddin and Melone.

Item I will and bequeath to my Sister Mary Storey and her
issue her proportional part of my estate and one hundren
dollars by way of legacy to he grandson David Addison Reese.

Item I give and bequeath to my sister Esther Tomlinson and
her issue her proportional share part of my estate.

Item I give and bequeath to my Sister Sarah Mills issue of
he body that is to say the children of Jane STuart, Elam J.
Mills, Jacob W. Mills, their proportional part of my sisters
share of my property.

Item, I give to and bequeath to my sister Martha Singeltary
and the issue of her body their proportional part of my
estate and I do hereby constitute and appoint Col Thos
Mcfaddin, Charles Storey and Wm. Mills, my whole and sole
Executor of this my last will and Testament and do hereby by
disallow and disannual all and every will and wills,
legacies by me in any waysfare time named will or bequeath
ratifing and confining this and no other to be my last will
and testament
