Anne Mikell's Will
In the name of God Amen: I Ann Mikell being sick and weak of body (but in Perfect mind and memory) Thanks be to 
God for the same and knowing that it is appointed for all And to die do make and ordain this my last will and testament viz:

First my will and desire is that all my just debts & funeral charges be paid

Secondly - I give and bequeath to my well beloved Daughter Fanny C. McIntosh, my Negro Fellow named Peter together with the whole of my other personal property consisting of Catttle, Beds, and Bed furniture with every other kind of Property, that Imay die Possessed of is her and her heirs forever.

Lastly I constitute and Appoint my beloved Daughter Fanny C. McIntosh to be my only Executrix to this my last will and testament.  In Witness whereof I have hereunto put my hand seal this 27th day of September in the year 1807.

The State of So. Carolina Darlington District} Personally appeared before me Alex'r McIntosh and Matthew Lyle who being duly sworn on the Holy Evangelist of Almighty God sayeth that thye were present and did see Ann Mikell the testatrix sign, seal, publish, & declare the within to be her last Will and Testament and that she the said Ann Mikell was of Sound and Perfect mind & memory and that ehye do subscribe their names as witnesses to the same in presence of each other ______ to before me this ___ March 1808
