I believe that reprint is owned by southern Historical Press in they are in
Greenville SC 1800 233 0152, & 1 864 233 2346. address is 375 W. Broad
Street or P.O. Box 1267 Greenville SC 29602-1267. I ordered some books for
June delivery got them in mid august. The printers had problems with the
photo ready copy.
