The Va General Assembly Joint Legislative Audit and Review Commission
has just published an interim special report on revolutionary war
gravesites in VA. If you are interested in the report and the appendixes
it is available for downloading from their web site at:

http://jlarc.state.va.us/downrpt.htm

The study mandates are included in the report and they are noted as HJR
#530 and HJR #345 from the 1999 sesession. The second phase of the study
will address the issue of how a program of restoring and maintaining rev
war gravesites might be implemented, including a cost estimate for this
program. If any of you have ideas on this they (JLARC staff) will
gladly welcome them.

Best regards,
Ed
