I think I am going to go crazy if I don't figure this out!! :) I bought
Ultimate Family Tree a few months ago. Along with the program came some
Social Security Death Index disks, along with some letter writing features,
etc. I cannot, no matter what I try, get my CD rom to read these disks. My
CD drive reads every other disk I put into it, but not either one of these.
I
have been through many letters with their technical support person, and she
finally sent me new CDs, as we both thought the old ones might be the
problem.
Well, the new CDs aren't getting read either. Has anyone else bought this
program or had similar difficulties? Any ideas would be so appreciated!
 Thanks for reading!
