Ireland, this is the obituary for one of our kin who just recently passed
away in Camden:

Obituary as posted in The State newspaper, 28 Aug 1998:
 "Ebin Truesdell
Camden - Services for Lt.Col. Ebin T. Truesdell, 86, will be held at 4
p.m. today, Aug. 28, 1998, at St. Timothy's Lutheran Church, with burial
in Forest Lawn Memorial Park.  The family will receive friends 3-3:30
p.m. today at Kornegay Funeral Home, Camden Chapel.  Memorials may be
made to St. Timothy's Lutheran Church, 1301 Mill St., Camden 29020.
Lt.Col. Truesdell died Saturday, Aug. 22, 1998.  Born in Lugoff, he was a
son of the late Earl Trantham and Maggie Lee Truesdell.  Lt.Col.
Truesdell retired from the U.S.Air Force.  He was an avid acrobatic
private pilot.  He was a member and Sunday School teacher at St.
Timothy's Lutheran Church.
Surviving are his wife, Barbara Darnell Truesdell, daughter, Mary Lou
"Suzie" Truesdell of Ocean Spring, Miss.; sister, Lois Clyburn of Camden;
stepdaughters Patricia S. Lyons of Walterboro, Donna S. Flinn of Great
Lakes, Ill, Bobbie S. Barrs of Smoaks; stepson, Carl E. Smoaks of
Carencro, La."
