The poem that was posted showed the following citation.

 "from his mommy
  Harmon Lee Bazzle 111 Feb 6 1990"

That would mean that it probably is copyrighted material.  The only one who can
give permission to copy and distribute copyrighted material is the copyright
owner.  Therefore, you should contact the copyright owner for permission.  I
would assume from the citation that Harmon Lee Bazzle 111 would be the copyright
owner, or should know who it is.
