THE SECOND SCHEDULE

The Schedule of the Convicts and Covenant Servants whereto the Libell hereunto
annexed Refers.

Mr. Allein then moved that a Sumons might Issue to all Persons who laid any
Claime to the Ship the New York Revenges Revenge (the Eagle Galley) and Convict
and Covenant Servants Goods and Merchandizes found on Board to make their Claime
to the Same which Sumons was accordingly Ordered.

Eighteenth Day December 1718

Court adjourned until Friday 19

Judge Trott declared the New York Revenges Revenge, formerly the Eagle, an
absolute prize and ordered that the Convict and Covenant Servants found aboard
her be "sold or assigned" and proceeds used to pay those libelling her.
