Thanks very much for your help. I shall try the URL you suggested. It may be
the version of Netscape that I use. I am not sure whether a copy of the page
would help, but it is worth a try thanks.I do not have the software to open
a Microsoft <.doc> attachment. I have suggested to others that te Adobe
Acrobat one be used.

Thanks, too, for the listng of the URLs for maps in Mills book. This shuld
be very useful to all of us.
