Subject: Surnames at Ridgeland Cemetery, Ridgeland, Jasper County, SC From: Southusa Date: August 14, 1999
Dear List Members,
I visited Ridgeland Cemetery today in Ridgeland, Jasper County. Being
too hot to copy dates from the tombstones, I took pictures of the tombstones
of family names such as DAVIS, ULMER, ZAHLER, and HEAPE, and SHERWOOD.
I also took pictures of GOETHE and RUSHING for friends. When the
pictures are developed I will post this information to the list.
Other names at Ridgeland Cemetery include McTEER, HALFORD, BUCKNER,
LOWTHER, MALPHRUS, HUMBERT, DEAN, DALEY, GARBADE, GETSINGER, SHEFFIELD,
HODGES, and GILL. Of course there are many others.
