I hope after 4 years or so this is a crack in my brick wall.  I live in
Texas, could someone direct me in the right direction or is there someone I
could pay  (and be glad to) to get a copy of this document to me that lives
close to the records?  This means so much to me,  I could not believe my
eyes when I found this information.
