This is getting ridiculous.  I posted a message on SCROOTS about a new
FIELDS mailing list and was told that post was off-topic.  It must not
have been off topic for the several people who subsequently subscribed to
the mailing list.  Especially for the researcher who found a cousin and
several ancestors she had been hunting for 2 years.

Now we have one person who made a mistake and made a request that was
inappropriate and suggested illegal actions.  Now all I have read for
days is about this one thing.

It is getting old.
