Subject: Stephensons in South Carolina From: Charles & Dottie Stephenson Date: May 18, 1998 My GG-Grandfather WILLIAM HAMILTON STEPHENSON was born in the Anderson District of SC on Dec. 2, 1817. He later married Salina C. Browning who was from GA and they settled around Dadeville, Tallapoosa County, AL. William died Feb. 21, 1910 and is buried in Dadeville. His death certificate lists James S. Stephenson and Margaret as his parents. Does any one have any information on James and Margaret that would help me know more about my ggg_grandparents. Thanks.
