Subject: State Hospital, Columbia From: Derrell Oakley Teat Date: November 24, 2000 Hello All, I recently got a GGAunt's death certificate which says she died 1952 in the state hospital. This one looks like one from the funeral home, which is where I got this one. At the place for cause of death says: "Completed in Columbia, SC and Filed by Officials at State Hospital". Does anyone know where/how I could find records from the hospital?
