Early ministers were Samuel THOMAS and Francis LE JAU who is buried beneath the altar. On the pediment of the church is a pelican feeding her young, symbol of the Society of ( ? for) the Propagation of the Gospel in Foreign Parts. The church is located at Goose Creek, SC which is approximately 10 miles north of the city of Charleston on Hwy. 52.
