Yes, it is.  My relative is John W. Walling who died in 1874. He was my great grandmother's 2nd husband.  In the probate records in Charleston, SC, it is stated that he was buried at St. Johns Chapel.  I do not know if there is a stone there or not.  If you go to:

http://mapping.usgs.gov/www/gnis/gnisform.html
and put in Pinopolis under Feature name, then South Carolina under State, then Berkeley under County, you will see the various names using Pinopolis.
It is on a peninsula near Moncks Corner.
