Subject: Re: SPEECH PATTERS From: Berrynice9 Date: December 28, 1999 I have a cute antedote about speeh patterns that will always stick with me. This leans also to spelling. I was searching a name and found this spelling. Wahuless. For the longest time it stumped me when all of a sudden the lightbulb went off and I put this name is southern drawl. Wa-hu-less translates into Wallace. Now say that in southern drawl and it comes out Wa - hu - less. THERE IS HISTORY IN OUR ROOTS!!!
