Subject: Southern Historical Association From: Jane McCombs Gillespie Date: August 15, 1999 Has anyone heard/know anything about the above?? I have the book The Hard Labor Section by HT Cook. A list of people who had credit at a store owned by William Calhoun around 1763 was given in the book. This list's source was listed as"condensed from article about William Calhoun in Southern Historical Association Vol. 8 pp 179-195 by AS Salley Jr. The Cook book was written around 1923 so the article is probably pretty old. Any information would be appreciated!!
