Greetings from SC. I located the following will in my records that mentions 
both "TYSON" and "Jackson."  Thought you might want to look over it & see if 
anything looks familiar.  It is the LOCKLIERs/LOCKLEARs that I was told have 
an Indian connection.

James Dial Copy Will.… James Dial feelling my self in a rational state of 
mind believing I must shortly depart to realize a unknown world to me… 
Jackson Locklier, Hughston Lockelier, Benjamin Lockelier, Mary Tieson at my 
disease [sic] persess all my real estate consisintg of 500 acres of land, 
that is to say my will that said Jackson have 150 acres provided he pays $55 
to Elizabeth Dial and Dicy Dial the heirs of Mary Dial and said Hughston have 
150 acres provided he pays to the said Elizabeth and Dicy $55, and that said 
Benjamin have 150 acres provided he pays to the said Elizabeth and Dicy $55, 
and that the said Mary Tyson have 50 acres provided she pays to the said 
Elizabeth and Dicy Dial, $35… Allen Davis and Henry C. Green, exrs., 19 April

Proved by Foster Roberts, 7 May 1842.
