I'm not sure of the number but the State Hospital is a mental hospital and
it's located on Bull St. in Columbia, SC. (we sang there lots of times when
I was in high school- the 70's) The Main office is the SC Dept. of Mental
Health. It's located next door and should have records. You might try
calling 803-737-5550. They could direct you.
