Your complaint about http://www.daddezio.com/cemetery/ linking to your pages at
http://ns1.rfci.net/wdfloyd/ seems to be that by doing so you fail to receive
credit for the work. Well, that is in your control. All you need to do to
receive whatever credit you desire is to put the attribution on each of your web
pages. You can also direct the reader to your index page or whatever other
parts of your site you want by putting links on your pages.

It isn't the fault of the folks at http://www.daddezio.com/cemetery/ if you
don't give yourself proper credit and attribution on your own pages. It is
common practice on the net to post links to pages on other sites. I don't think
they are violating any moral or legal standards by linking to pages on other
sites. They are providing a useful service for the public. And, in doing so,
they are effectively giving your pages free advertising.

On your site you give the slogan "SHARE THE RECORDS, DON'T SELL THEM." While
you may not be demanding money for the records, by demanding credit and
controlled access you certainly aren't advocating open and free sharing.

That is my opinion and you are welcome to share it without charge, credit,
restriction, or attribution of any kind.
