Today I received a reply to my request for a copy of an individuals social
security application.

This info is wonderful.  It gives:  name, address, place of employment, age,
birth date, birth place, father, mother, sex, color, date and signature.  

To order send a letter requesting "a photo copy" of the persons SS5 (social
security application).  Give what info you have.  Name, Social Security # and
etc.

Send a check for $7.00, $16.00 if you don't have the social security number.

Baltimore, MD 21235

If you don't have the persons social security number go to    

http://www.Ancestry.Com

and check the Social Security Death Index FOR FREE.
